About Keith Orchard, LCSW

My journey began as a young, first-year, middle school teacher who was in way over his head.  Early in my career I participated in an engaging professional development workshop where this dynamic and funny woman trained us all on classroom management and discipline strategies.  I vividly remember wanting to be just like her.  As I transitioned to social work, I had the same experience and strong desire each time I would participate in an energetic and effective training.  I wanted to be that person on the stage with deep knowledge, insight and passion with the ability to teach in a way that is practical and resonates with the audience.  I started Orchard Consulting and my dream has come true!  I am able to travel the country, meet people, see interesting places and do what I truly think I was meant to do.  What a blessing!
